As a Consulting Analyst at Seabury, you will be a key member of our teams, where you will have responsibility for performing key areas of analysis. Your day to day activities could include researching, benchmarking, building detailed financial, operational, and optimization models, analyzing client data or evaluating improvement initiatives. You will also compile your results, developing presentations to show findings internally or to the client. At Seabury Consulting, you will gain invaluable experience working with client senior management from the start of your career. You will be given formal training, and through ongoing mentorship and informal training, will develop a strong consulting tool kit. As your performance and experience develop, you will be given the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in a meritocratic environment.

Desired skillset

Seabury seeks the following in a strong Consulting Analyst candidate:

  • Master’s degree with a strong academic record from a top tier institution
  • Track record of achievement in extracurricular and professional endeavors
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills
  • Experience with Excel modelling and operations research knowledge is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and initiative to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines while still delivering a flawless product
  • Willingness to travel internationally
