ADD Symposium "Evolving the Workspace"

Join us for the Aerospace Diversity Department’s annual symposium! This event will include industry-wide speakers, a panel, and network drinks. The event will take place on the 5th of October as part of the TU Delft Equity, Diversity & Inclusion week. This year the theme will be “Evolving the Workplace”, where we will put a magnifying glass on how different cultures and generations have changed the workspace within the aerospace sector. These topics have become increasingly relevant as the world is rapidly transforming into a more internationalized, aging, and collaborative workspace. The number of expats has been steadily on the rise, leading to workplaces having to adapt to more different cultures than ever before. Furthermore, the age demographic is shifting, possibly leading to increased generational divides within companies themselves.
