An American Airlines flight from Los Angeles International Airport to Mexico City International Airport was forced to return and make a heavy landing at LAX on June 13. The pilots of the Boeing 737-800 reported issues related to a window seal leak just a few minutes into the flight. They ultimately felt that it was safest to return rather than press on with the nearly four-hour flight.
