Jan Post

Few can claim to have such a long and varied career at the VSV as Jan, who started as part of the Brake committee, livening up everyone’s break with the Brake magazine, followed by the Freshmen Weekend committee, the CieCie, the Space Department, BIT, and eventually the Pre-Lustrum committee, where he helped set up the Cubesat committee, which would later become the ‘Da Vinci Satellite’ project. More impressive than his contributions through committee work, even, are his contributions behind the scenes: Jan is always up to help someone out, no questions asked, from basic image and video editing questions to fully running the streaming equipment for any big VSV event. For all of this, and more, we are proud to have Jan as Member of Merit of the VSV ‘Leonardo da Vinci’, he has earned it.
