Yara Hinssen

In 2017, Yara entered the VSV as treasurer in the Women with Wings. The following year, she put her time and effort into Limitless as well as the Active Members Weekend as part of the Committee Committee. In her third year, she took the ski trip to even greater heights as part of the GalaXSki, but she was also a member of the TapCie and the B3. But it does not end here! She also joined the Master Department Apollo organizing many online events and worked in the primary school education team of the Da Vinci Satellite project. Currently, she is part of the Studytour ‘Aquila’ where she is Commissioner of Countries, but also part of the Gala Committee to catch up the gala from the lustrum! Something that characterizes Yara is her smile that is always present as well as her unlimited amount of helpfulness. No matter the day or time, you can count on Yara to volunteer, help out or ask critical questions to make something work better! Yara has made countless beautiful designs for all the committees she has been part of and has been a mentor for the people around her, listening to them and giving them warmth. We are very grateful to have Yara in our society, which is why she is installed as Member of Merit of the VSV ‘Leonardo da Vinci’!
