Simon will explain the different Technical Disciplines that Spire employs from Mission Design, Launch to Operations requiring Aerospace, Mechanical and Electrical engineering skills.

Lunch Lecture by Parrot. A key player in the high-tech sector since 1994, Parrot has been the leading European drone group since 2010. Based in Paris (FR), Parrot offers a range of cutting-edge solutions for professionals, companies and defense organization all across the word. During this lecture, the TUDelft alumnus Pietro Campolucci, currently autonomous flight engineer, will provide an insight of the current and future challenges for the company and the drone industry, with a focus on the research and development strategy being currently followed by the company.

The VSV Symposium is an annual event organised by the VSV ‘Leonardo da Vinci’, the society of Aerospace Engineering students at the Delft University of Technology. Organised by students for students, the Symposium aims to inspire a new generation of engineers by inviting a number of professionals in the field of aerospace engineering, as well as related fields, to shed light on a currently relevant theme.
