It is no secret that diversity is not the strongest point of the aerospace industry. To discuss this topic, and highlight its importance, the VSV is organizing the yearly Aerospace Diversity Day, with workshops, speakers and panelists on dealing with diversity. This year's Aerospace Diversity Day is themed "Complementing each other". The day will not only be focused on gender diversity, but diversity in the broadest sense!
