My name is Joost and this year I am the commissioner of Bachelor Affairs of the VSV ‘Leonardo da Vinci’. That means I will be responsible for evaluating all the Bachelor course this year together with an enthusiastic group of students! I am also responsible for keeping close contact with all areas of the faculty, especially facility management (FM).
I started Aerospace in 2021 and became an active member at the VSV by joining the Jaerbouck committee (Supermooi!) together with Meine, creating the Mayday book, which you can read on the VSV Floor! In my second year I joined the Limitless committee and together with Kyra we set up an amazing faculty party! Last year I helped setup the Lustrum together with the PreLuCie, “Igniting” the lustrum that we celebrate this year! This year I will be responsible for the Management of ‘de Atmosfeer’ as well as the Da Vinci Satellite team!
In my free time I like to row, which I do at Laga and play tennis with friends at X. I also like cook and play puzzles, wordles are my favourite :)
As commissioner of Bachelor Affairs I am also here for all your education questions so if you have any, feel free to come by the board room on the first floor or if you see me in ‘de Atmosfeer’, I am always down for a quick chat!
