Getting tired from eternally sitting behind your desk during the exams? Not to worry! The VSV has organised a studychair yoga session in between the exams to relax and deflate from the stess for a moment.  

The session will start on a chair, to get awareness of the body and the posture. To improve the working-behind-the-desk/kitchentable-posture we will do some exercises for the back, shoulders, neck, hands and wrist. To keep you healthy, you will be aware of your breathing, your body and your mind(fulness) and how to get it positive and energetic.
